(هذه السياسة تم وضعها من قبل شركتنا و بالتوافق مع سياسة الاستبدال و الإرجاع الخاصة بالمملكة و بوزارة التجارة)
1. للإستفادة من خدمات الإرجاع والاستبدال والضمان يجب إحضار الفاتورة الأصلية
2. يشمل الإرجاع والاستبدال جميع الأصناف باستثناء (الكتب، والأجهزة الإلكترونية، البرامج والألعاب الإلكترونية و إشتراكات الدورات التدريبية الإلكترونية والبطاقات المسبقة الدفع ) إلا إذا وجد عيب مصنعي في الصنف .
3. أن يكون الصنف بنفس حالتة عند الشراء ومغلفاً بالغلاف الأصلي.
4. الإرجاع خلال ٣ أيام والاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
5. يمكن إرجاع العرض الترويجي المرتبط بالصنف المرتجع إذا كان بحالتة الأصلية أو سيتم خصم قيمة العرض الترويجي.
6. المشتريات المدفوعة بقسائم شرائية أو بطاقات الائتمان أو عن طريق خدمة تقسيط المشتريات لا يمكن ارجاعها نقداً.
7. إرجاع مبالغ التحصيل للشركات الأخرى يخضع للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بمزود الخدمة. ويجب على العميل احضار إيصال الدفع مع الفاتورة لكي يتمكن من إرجاع المبلغ في حال سمحت الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بمزود الخدمة.

8. استلام الشحنة من شركة الشحن يعتبر إقرارا من العميل أن الشحنة (الكرتون) سليم وبحالة جيدة ولم يتم فتحه قبل الإستلام.
9. يتم احتساب فترة الإرجاع و الإستبدال من تاريخ الإستلام و لا بد من إحضار فاتورة الشراء المختومة والتي وصلت مع الشحنة.

الاستبدال الفوري للأجهزة ذات العيوب المصنعية
• تقوم مؤسسة ترند بإستبدال مطابق للجهاز ذو العيب المصنعي ( غير البرمجي ) خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الشراء بشرط:
1. أن يكون الجهاز خالياً من أي خدوش أو سوء استخدام.
2. إحضار العلبة الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات وكتيبات الإستخدام الموجودة بداخلها.
3. قد يتطلب إحضار تقرير من وكيل الصيانة المعتمد قبل عملية الاستبدال.
Refund and Returns Policy
Dear customer, please read the following points carefully in order to make the most of our return and exchange policy

1. To benefit from return, exchange and warranty services, you must bring the original invoice

6. Purchases paid with vouchers, credit cards, or by installment purchases cannot be returned in cash.
7. Returning collection amounts to other companies is subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider. The customer must bring the payment receipt with the invoice in order to be able to return the amount if the terms and conditions of the service provider allow.

Immediate replacement of defective devices
• Trend will replace the device with a manufacturing defect (non-software) within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
1. The device must be free from any scratches or misuse.
2. Bring the original box with all accessories and usage manuals inside.
3. A report from the authorized service agent may be required prior to the replacement process.
